I am a compassionate and bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) family therapist. I enjoy helping children, teenagers, college students and families with a wide variety of psychological issues. I will work with you to create a happier and more positive future.

The Guide Counseling and Psychotherapy, PLLC provides online individual counseling and psychotherapy services. Outdoor in-person sessions are also offered if interested.

My practice is dedicated to crafting & implementing individualized therapeutic treatments (primarily CBT) that are grounded in existing psychological theory, established & proven through rigorous scientific research, & w/goals for a clients' long-term positive outcomes.

I treat various patients, including ages 5 and up, and all socioeconomic ranges. I aim to provide my patients with whatever they need through my outpatient programs. I embrace a holistic approach to the care I provide to my patients.
